Hands that
know the work

Precise, attentive bodywork for people who carry tension in their bodies and want a practitioner who listens, not a menu of packages.

Who this is for

When stretching isn't enough

Chronic desk tension, persistent patterns that lighter treatment doesn't reach, recovery after training: both practices are built around physical realities, not wellness promises.

Traditional Thai Massage

Long hours at a desk leave structural marks: tight hips, compressed lumbar spine, shoulders that have forgotten how to sit back. Thai massage works with acupressure, passive stretching, and rhythmic compression across the whole body, not just the site of pain. Suited for people whose tension keeps building despite regular movement and stretching, and for anyone who has tried lighter bodywork and felt like something was missing.

  • Full-body tension

Wellness Massage

Long strokes, full attention across tissue layers. Particularly effective for recovery after physical training: promotes circulation, reduces post-exercise soreness, and supports muscular regeneration. Also suited for general fatigue, acute tension in the neck and shoulders, and as regular maintenance for physically active people.

About

Kaew

I trained in traditional Thai massage at Wat Pho in Bangkok, the oldest and most renowned centre for traditional Thai massage. I completed my wellness massage training at a separate institute. I have been working with bodies for over a decade, with a small number of regular clients and the same care in every session.

Based in Uster, I work with people dealing with chronic tension, postural strain, and persistent tightness that hasn't responded to lighter treatment.
